I liked it! It was funny, cast was good, ghosts looked cool, it was ghostbusters. There was one particular line at the end that had me fucking rolling, nah, you probably won’t get the joke, but yeah. Movie was good!

I haven’t seen the 1984 one yet and I feel like I’m missing out.

So the writing was good, then? That was my biggest concern...

You are. I was in HS when it came out, and it was a phenomenon. That said, I watched it just the other night and it didn’t hold my interest. It’s some of Bill Murray’s best work, and the same for Harold Ramis. And Sigourney Weaver is smokin’ hot. Rick Moranis and John Candy, of course Aykroyd and Potts, it’s get a fantastic cast. Still, I liked Stripes better.

Yeah, I only had one complaint about the whole movie was the cameos of the OG GBs.

It's not a great movie by any means, but it sure is funny. Mike Hat kills me for some reason.

Mike Hat was amazing. It reminded me of Charlie from Always Sunny

I am glad I saw Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates instead of the new ghostbusters. It reminded me of the comedies of the early to mid 2000s. It is sad to think it was that long ago.......
